Upon knowing that he could gain more powers and skills, Bluerush made his way back to The Thousand Sunny, hoping to seek training from Luffy again. He eventually sees him, including the rest of his crew and some of their allies. It took him a while to reach the ship and ask everyone on board if they could train him, which they accepted. For one month, Bluerush has been learning advanced levels of Haki, performing different Devil Fruit powers, and exploring different islands. When it was time for him to leave, he was grateful to the pirates but had one question. If eating more than one Devil Fruit will cause the body to begin to deteriorate, how come Bluerush is ok?

Green Star: Devil: Taught by Usopp, Bluerush shoots a seed that creates a large Venus Flytrap, which attacks his enemies. In addition to being able to eat enemies with its large mouth, it can ensnare those nearby with its vines.

Diable Mouton Mallet: Taught by Sanji, Bluerush rapidly kicks his opponent with flaming legs. He then finishes with one that blasts the opponent away.

Cloven Cross: Taught by Chopper, Bluerush hits his opponent with insane force, as he puts both hands together at the right or left side of his body, wrist to wrist. When he strikes, he spreads his fingers apart so that the imprint left in the opponent's body looks like an 'X'.

Seis Fleur Clutch: Taught by Robin, Bluerush sprouts six arms onto an opponent as two arms grab an opponent's legs and make them fall backward. Two pairs hold the foe up at their back, and a pair grabs their upper body, and the pairs of the upper body and legs pull, cracking the foe's back.

Franky Radical Beam: Taught by Franky, Bluerush makes a circle or oval shape gesture with both of his hands. First charges a light inside of it before shooting a powerful laser beam that causes a massive explosion and can easily burn his opponent.

Three-Verse Humming: Arrow Notch Slash: Taught by Brook, Bluerush slashes an opponent at such a fast pace that it appears that they did not attack at all. Only when a certain amount of time has passed, which is approximately the time he walks ten feet away, or three meters, does his opponent realize the attack before feeling the effects of this high-speed attack.

Ocean Current Shoulder Throw: Taught by Jinbe, Bluerush collects water into a glowing, blue-white orb in his hands, which he then swims off at high speed, causing the orb to form a spiraling water current, which he then throws to the surface. a bowl-shaped gesture with his hands. He heaves the current upward, where it erupts from the ocean surface as a towering stream of water.

Peacock String Slasher: Taught by Vivi, Bluerush loops the end of the wire around both of his pinky fingers, then swings the peacock jewel to create a slicing motion. He can use the slasher to whip and stab opponents as well as swing it into a razor disk.

Electrical Luna: Taught by Carrot, Bluerush charges up a ball of electricity with both hands. He then slams it into the ground, causing a wide-range blast capable of electrocuting several foes at once.

Thunder Bagua: Taught by Yamato, Bluerush first turns his sword into a kanabo. He then lunges forward at his target with blinding speed and swings his kanabo horizontally, striking the target with tremendous force.
