It is not really bad in design wise.
But to be honest with you. I was expecting Garchomp to have the classic head design with maybe some changes. Like being similar to the Original Garchomp. But with some noticeable differences. Considering the fella is a Water/Dragon type. I was expecting more shark fins and the like. with the back fin being longer or broader. Some better swimming. And yet made right to be able to fly as well. Even some tail designs changes/add-on for a more water dynamics. Even still used for flight as well.
The 3 claws the Garchomp sport is totally good thou.
Overall I feel that the final evolution of your take on Garchomp. It feels more like a Flying/Dragon type or Flying/water type with dragon characteristics/moves.
