Alt title: Hannibal is Judging You
This was one of two PCs for one of my all time favorite artists/inspirations *Spectrafied (on dA) to help promote the Alkara Corp characters.
However, Hannibal is ~rottendemise's (on dA) design/character.
I tried a new kind of position for him, and i hope it kinda portrays his personality, at least a little bit D:
But, personally, i love how this turned out.
