Just using the base of my monochrome badge to mess around with painting practice.

Interesting. This new paining style kinda gives your colors a Darker tone compared to your usual Lighter tone. Yout usual colors are very light and reflective, this tone kinda give it a slight hint of realism. I personally like them both. Hmm, maybe you should pick an uncolored picture in your Gallery/mayber even one of you IA's and try using the same technique on a larger picture and see how it works out.
