INFORMATION:
Jarrod Ragnvald, AKA Slash The Manticore, is a Manticore Tribe warrior who was adopted by the tribe's chief and his wife, after his birth-parents were murdered by monster hunters affiliated with Harbinger's clan of Echidna Warriors. As a pre-teen, Slash was kidnapped, and forced to work at the Circus of Wonders alongside Maverick The Dragon, Chase The Jackalope, Nocturne The Wendigo, and Tempest The Griffon, as part of a sideshow freak tour. They met and befriended Madee the Elephant and Anya the Polar Bear. After the Circus of Wonders was permanently shut-down, thanks to Sonic and co. helping the performers sue Barker, Slash became a vigilante known as a Torture Sommelier, using ancient and modern forms of torture to brutally kill criminals, and settling grudges that the families of their victims have against them. He also tortured, killed, and often ate criminals who did unspeakable things to kids. He was arrested for torture, vigilantism, eating other Mobians, and mass murder, but Dylan, a Mobian Wolf/Hellhound hybrid, had Slash join his team, Team Nightmare, a sub-group of Freedom Fighters who dealt with supernatural threats, where he recognized Chase, Tempest, and Nocturne. Slash is in love with Angelica the Dragon.
