This is a poem I posted a day or two ago after I had been meaning to post it for a bit but it had been hard lately to find the time to write and do so. The metrocard is about to become defunct at the end of December and as a New Yorker I have something to say about that even if I doubt this is something anyone here cares about but I do try to have overall consistency between the galleries where I post my writings and everything.
