My brother used to drive for FedEx as an independent, and he used to love it when they refused a shipment. He'd tell them up front he was calling it in as refused, and then get an exorbitant amount of money for each hour he sat there, which the refusing company had to pay.

She doesn't have anything special about her memory, so Shelby definitely forgets a lot over time except for things she had strong connections to. She would never forget Gieth for instance, but some person she may have dated for a couple of months in 1736 wouldn't even be a nostalgic thought in the best of circumstances. She also suffers from false memories like anyone. She may think she was part of some war at one point, but later say she was never in the war.
