So... my friend Rana is the face model for the character Samara from Mass Effect 2 and theeeeeeeeeeeen, we made it. :) http://facebook.com/samaraME2
Started out as a Crabcat project but they had to back out 2 weeks before it was due to be completed and I took over, the only thing I didn't do was sew the costume together. But I did paint it. I learned foam fabrication and made the armor, collar and neck piece. The little red pieces I made, and I of course sculpted the head.
I had help from friends for molding the head and painting the head prosthetic. This was my first prosthetic and make up piece, thank you very much! :)

LOL, if there were a place for it anymore, I would be. Right now, I'm working with industry professionals on video game promos for conventions (this one is not with the studio, it was Rana wanting to do it herself). Currently I'm at Steve Wang's (the man the sculpted predator when he was around 20 or so) on a project for Firefall. The first piece has been delivered to China for a convention and the next is going to be at PAX Prime in Seattle.
Hopefully more to come as I am able to schmooze my way in. XD

Sorry. My best friend was spazzing about this costume cuz he found pics of it online.. and I was like.. I know (of) who did that construction and he was like no wai! and I was all 'fer relzies' and just sent him the link as proof! lol

There's a few ways you can do it... but it depends on the materials you want to or can get. I'm able to get some stuff that others can't because I have access to pro materials. IE unless you have a pro license or a company you can put it under, it's illegal to get it.
