Oh dear, poor Quirk has gone to pieces. This was from an android YCH by TheLastFirst. Someone else grabbed a slot with a protogen and it worked well so I asked for a couple myself. First up, Quirk as if the Emperor had won. The next time it will be the Emperor's turn to get wrecked.
While protogens are fairly modular, removing their heads is still likely to be something you only get to do once in canon. In this case, I think we can safely assume that his augmentations are keeping him alive, if not exactly well.
