Did you know that if you have one of every Eevee as an OC, you can get a secret 10th in the form of a shiny 'vee?!
Meet Quill, or Q for short. A bit of a juxtaposition to Zarek's aggressive demeanour, they're the more shy and tender type. So be nice, ok? They might even play you a tune if you are.
They originally were meant to be a placeholder of sorts until Gamefreak adds another eeveelution but over the course of realizing the character and now seeing them drawn, I think Eevee suits them so much better. But hey, we'll see what GF comes up with next.
