An old "Day In The Life" comic I found...Part 2
Yet another "Day In The Life" comic I recently discovered. I don't think this one was ever posted online before. Pencils by D. Lee, inks by JMH
On a related note, "Des" never liked my old bike, which was a 1995 Kawasaki ZX-6R. Not just because it was uncomfortable for 2-up riding, but mostly because I sped around on that thing as fast as I could go, often blowing through speed traps and outrunning cops intent of giving me a ticket. It's probably a good thing I got rid of it. Probably would have either gotten busted or plowed into the side of a tractor trailer...

Not really, but I think the biggest thing was that even if something is explained to certain people, they will clamp their hands over their ears, ignore anything you might have to say and continue to spout bullshit. I just learned to ignore it as pointless mewling. Des, I think, took it a little more personally and figured the easiest way to not have to deal with folks who acted like toddlers was to just get the hell outta Dodge.
I don't think she's regretted that decision.
As for my take on it, I just draw stuff every now and then and post some of it. That's pretty much the extent of my involvement these days. Heck, I stopped going to imageboards at the start of 2010 (New Year's resolution) since I really no longer had a reason to go. People couldn't pirate any new work because I was the only one posting it! All the older work has been online for years, so I didn't have to worry about trying to limit the reposting of my stuff (I now have control over what new material gets posted).
She does still draw, but nothing anthropomorphic. But I still try to draw anthro stuff when I can (because it's more fun than the "regular" artwork I usually do).

Hmmmm, from what I've read about her past temperament and rants, I think she did the wise thing and jumped out of the limelight before she ended up being publicly destroyed online via the likes of websites like ED etc where one of the people she could have pissed off did a massive article on her and her past etc.
They sent a C&D many years ago and I retaliated by pointing out the holes in their claims. This was back in the late 1990's, I believe. After that, they ceased bothering me, since they legally had no leg to stand on, and the information I provided strengthened my claim while debunking theirs. Haven't heard a peep since.
This is a very interesting material! thanks for share this with us! it´s alot of fun to read it >=D
Is that Porcupine your fursona? if it is, is such a surprise for me becasue i didnt know you had one, i thought you always appeard as human in all the joke comics done by you or Des, Onika is so cute as always ha ha ha ha, it seem she got very scared with that piece or modern technology´s speed >XD
Correct me if im wrong but althoug she is 40(in human terms maybe?) she does have the mind of a 12 years old human child right? that´s why she is a bit naive usually right?

I don't really have a "fursona". That character shares my name and a few of my likes/dislikes, but that's about it. His behaviors are not the same as mine, nor are many of his activities. I'm not a fan of "fursonas", so I don't have one.
Onika's species are called "Asar" which roughly translates to "Little one". They will always act child-like, because that's just how their species is wired. Even when she's 350 years old, she's still going to act like a kid.

Oh i see, so the character just represents you a little but isnt´t completelly linked with you at all.
He he yes they are cute little things for sure, so they act that way even to the end of their lifes? that´s interesting, althoug they seems to don´t act so childish but a bit more mature-like when it comes about have sexual activity >XD
