Another OC crossed off the list! This is Luka! ...yes, I know the name isn't particularly original. I was like 21 and still new to this whole OC thing. Forgive my past self, for he is very stupid.

A Lucario who wanders the world in a state of self-imposed exile, he does this as penance for an event in his past he refuses to discloses that weighs heavily on his conscience with guilt. A devoted pacifist, to the point of sanding his spikes down to rounded nubs so they can't stab anyone, Luka dedicates himself to helping others and is generally considered to be one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
Just don't make him Mega Evolve though. That isn't a good time for anyone involved.
