IRL Bald Dumbo Rat
Hee! Finally got one!
This is Armstrong, I got him from a breeder earlier today. He is so soft and adorable! He's a little shy right now, but I think he's fitting in great with the other two rats. He loves to hide under Elric whenever he gets nervous, it's adorable. <3

Aww! Yeah, I've got a handful of hairless babies. I've got two that are short-coats (not even truly hairless...), that are all black..male and female twins and both dumbos at that! (They aren't even related..which is funny!), my 'nanny' hairless is almost fully hairless but has peach fuzz on her face. She's been my best mom so far - and she is spoiled. She has that mother look to her too. I've got a couple of caped/hooded hairless, one with a black patch over one eye, and my two male hairless dumbos are just pink. I have a bunch of other dumbo's though, plus a handful of normal females. ^^
I have a good variety - which seem to be producing different types for me which is fine. I can't wait to introduce blue-hood genes into my system..and maybe curly coats..

Nuts, I'm in Cali . . . but I do know a fur in Florida who is looking for ratties, could I perhaps send them to you here or you to them?
And just a word of caution, do watch out with introducing blue/silver genes into your colony . . blues/silvers can have respiratory issues bad, and early on. *We figured this out after doing some research on rats genes and health issues cause my wife wanted to breed blues/silvers in PA cause a-lot of people wanted nice healthy sociable rats, and she wanted to breed the illness outta them *

Oh wow xD
This weekend I leave for Panama City Beach (3 hours away) and I'll be there for a week.
Well, if you ever want one of the ratties I produce - come visit xD.
The babies are already opening their eyes. I'll be changing their cages today and taking info down of what I've got as far as males, females, and the types. Already can tell I have a couple of pink-eyed dumbo hairless/double rexes by the looks of things.
