Once upon a time in a faraway past. There's a dragon mage living inside a town near the mountains, his name is Arthur. His magic ability is very strong that he could destroy his town in a spell. However. Like everyone, Arthur also wants peace as well. He helped the people solved countless issues in town, also being some sort of a tour guide to the new folks who comes to the town regularly.
Arthur has a small shop in the east side of the town selling some spellbooks, lucky charms, a few paintings and some other.
Arthur used to live alone since he reach puberty, until someone entered his life and had a child together. Unfortunately for the mother, she was gone too soon, made Arthur have to raise the child alone. After all, the moment he has together with his son was so beautiful. He spent his day with his son to fullfil the missing part of the family, he really did try his best. Playing with his son, bring him to meet the other folks in town, walking around the lake behind the town with him, make some food, sing him lullaby. All he could do. His son seems to be very happy about it as well. Although. He's only 3 years old at that time, but only just a smile from his face can make Arthur his day. He wishes that it could be like this forever.
But... There's rumors about his son having the most powerful magic strength in the kingdom inside him, far stronger than his father actually has. The rumors spreading everywhere, even reach the faraway land, forcing Arthur no choice but to move out of his town. Although. Almost people don't have much attention to his son but some of them are actually real threat to both of their his life, and it's too much risk on just to hide somewhere together.
It leaves Arthur only one option which is. Sending his son to somewhere else that no one can reach with his magic. He begins to walk towards the north, where the plateau lies between the spike rock mountain. At the center of it, there's a small hill with some sort of a structure on top of it. He can use the magic power resonate around the area with his magic to send his son somewhere.
Arthur finally reached the destination with his son he carrying on his back. After a moment. He begins to cast a teleport spell to his son. He tried really hard to smile to his son. But knowing that he might not be able to see him again pains him so deeply. But all of this is for his son's sake, and that's the only way that he could come up with at the moment, and to make sure that no one else will recognize him. Arthur sealed the power of his son to hide his true identity and lift him up, and look at his smile one last time before he glows as bright as the sun and flashes away.
A few seconds later, Arthur smiles at the sky before heading to somewhere else to hide for a short time.
Months later. The rumors have gone to stop and Arthur has moved to the a small village near the forest to continue his life like before.
The rest is... to be continued ofc!
This is a story about Arthur, one of my ocs Med's real dad. Name reveal? Idk. I just wanna do a redraw of him because the last one was a long time ago and he doesn't have a name yet. Btw. Do you think Arthur is a name good enough for a medieval type oc? Let me know.
