What do you all think? Do you like this design better or the old sword design? I'm debating whether or not to change the design. Mainly because people like to be annoying and say that the old design looks like the buster sword. I want his sword to be unique. The main reason I'm not changing to this sword just yet is because everyone is already familiar with the old version of the sword, which is why I'd like some opinions thrown at me. :3
This sword is made up of three parts, and the orange orb in the center is what holds them all together. It's kind of like an aura.

Yeah, cause EVERY Great Sword base is derived from the buster sword. Yup. Noone knows originality any more.

I'm up for the new design, I always loved curved blades on a GS as it gives me more of a visualization of a successful cleaving.
I like that I think you added a longer hilt, that is certainly needed for these kinds of weapons.
'Orbital' blades are rather fun, I'm sure it'll have another change before you're happy with it.

lol The reason people said it looked a buster blade is because of the shape. Hell, some people have actually said "Nice buster blade" before, it really annoyed me. Yeah, like the designer of Cloud's sword was the first one to come up with that design. *rolls eyes*

I'll still probably keep the old one, provided the good points you stated. This is also mainly a fun design I wanted to come up with. I noticed that this design isn't really built to make a thrusting stab at an enemy, it's made more for slicing.
