G'day g'day all you lovely folk that come across this post, hope you're all having a brilliant day ^w^ so this was a fantastic comm completed by the AMAZING   sombrathecat and of course, a story from yours truly X3

One day in his lair, Eggman had his chin resting on his hand as his finger tapped his desk, he tried almost every plan in his book to stop the blue blur and his pesky two tailed sidekick, he tried roboticizing animals to stop him but he always saved them, he always made pilotable contraptions but he'd always be defeated, even making robotic copies usually ended in failure...how the heck could he stop them? That word, "stop" was stuck in his head, spiralling around...that was it! It was almost like a lightbulb appeared above his head and shined bright as he started typing into his computer and laughing how he always did.

Green Hill Zone, everything is perfect as all the animals are happy, no badnicks in sight and the heroic duo of Sonic and Tails were running together, enjoying the beautiful day and the cool breeze against their bodies, but little did they know they had a watcher..a camera bot followed them from the sky, showing Eggman their current location as he flew in his eggmobile with a modification to it, he knew their location and where they would run to next so he made his move, headed to a part of Green Hills and shot a modified glue that was extremely sticky, stretchy and rubber like on the floor and watched as the blue blur and yellow sidekick came into view, continued running and ran right into his trap, both immediately lost their shoes as Sonic lost his balance and fell forward into the glue and Tails was able to fly to keep himself standing.

Eggman knew his job was done so he flew off laughing, knowing neither of the pests would get in his way for his next evil scheme any time soon. Sonic struggled to move at all, he tried lifting his body but the glue quickly pulled him back down and he tried to lift his legs but after a few seconds, they were brought back down into the sticky mess, Tails tried to lift his feet but the glue just stretched, didn't look like breaking whatsoever and pulled his feet back down, so he tried to fly and was able to stretch the glue up to 17 inches but it tried pulling him back down and once he got tired, he was viciously pulled back down and remained stuck, seems like the duo would be stuck there for a long time and someone else would have to stop Eggman or come help them..
