Well, if you consider the Registry a pool of sorts, then yeah, he kinda *is*. At least it isn't like some programs I have dealt with... all I can describe them as doing is taking great whacking huge DUMPS in the Registry, that even after cleaning things up, I'm still seeing little nuggets from the damn program months, even years later, in the damndest places! (Why do I have a registry key from that image editor in a folder for my text editor?!)

THIS IS SO TRUE! Every update this happens to me at work. No choice but to update. And Ill have a bunch of windows open Im working on that I cannot close. Plus it then tells you that you will need to reboot to update. Im running a test server that I cannot reboot during work hours. SOOOO annoying.

Reboots are for Windows drivers. Never trust an application that wants you to reboot, because it's doing something bad.

And all those updates are for interface changes nobody asked for or wants. I can't stand tabs, so switching the window and tab context menus really bugged me big time.

Are they ever going to fix the freezing with 100% CPU utilization problem?

I guess they just prefer to make NOTICEABLE updates, regardless of whether they're good or not.
