I had two designs in mind for Victor's pirate captain incarnation.
The other version strikes me as older, rougher and rugged. This Victor is more exuberant, more likely to rub his "kingship" in your face (you can tell from the purple bandana). He may not be as used to his artificial leg—he uses a cane to stabilize his gait—but never underestimate a man who can wield a firearm like that one-handed!
Some of his asymmetric features are flipped here. I was on the fence about whether he and Mina really are "mirror images". I hope that's not too big a problem for artists.
