Rakia is a 26 year old storming wynn (or at least of the same classification) living in the mario world. Her home is in the Duelist Kingdom. She has the powers of a storming wynn (wind magic of course). She can use items, how well some of them work with her magic has yet to be confirmed. She's currently on a trip in the isle delfino. While she is a spell caster (and human), she is capable of doing similar things to mario and luigi (not specifically the whole plumbing thing though) with her own touches in some areas (like temporary wind platforms for an extra boost).
