The greatest blessing that one of the followers of the Castigated an receive is the Endless Burden, where the front of their face/muzzle is cut off and a segment of Lotic’s tomb is heated over a fire then tied tightly to their head, compressing this hot stone to where their face had been, cauterizing it and sealing them to a fate of misery. It is not known how, but they are able to survive for many years with this new agony. When they inevitably die it is said they receive the highest place of reverence in their heaven
