Ah, Macha, painter of life, gets to enjoy a lady's day with her friend Vicky out in the bountiful wonders of nature. I really love her hair, always well colored and able to admire every strand. The detailingon that alone is marvelous. But I especially like in this picture, how her tail hair is floating about in the water much like real hair, parting ways into individual strands is epic. Your level of detail in drawing never ceases to amaze Sir Gentlerat. Nor does your mother's prowess in adding paint like colors to the canvas that make it pop. Even the water itself here, due to her color expertise, makes me wish to drag my hands around it and imagine some of the paint like colors would stain my fingers. As Vicky and Macha go about having a toast to their day with their drinks, I can imagine their laughter of friendship echoing thru the valley. The rocks, water, every part of this just has as soft look for the eyes to admire and sink into. Even Vicky's softer greenish colors look very soft and its great to be able to admire the highlighting of her light reflecting off her inner belly of her yellow scales. (plus, she's quite cute) Its quite humorous to see the painter of life with one who quite literally has life growing out of her. (Vicky_SnowFur's design of her character is very good) What a lovely piece. You and your mother working together is always displaying such dynamic teamwork. *bows*
