The hands don't look so bad, but then again it's kind of hard to see the quality of your work on account of that you obviously don't have a scanner. I hear it from a lot of folks how hard it is to draw hands. I would recommend just tracing a bunch of them to get a feel for them, then try free hand when you think you go the knack. That's what I plan on doing with some cars, just for practice. I think it will help.
