I was rifling through some old floppy discs today (You know, those square things that you use to set yer beer on.) and found this little snippet. It's the back story for "Wraith". Reading it again it sounds like complete drivel, and I have the sneaking suspicion that I was reading "Dune" at the time (The planet is called Calitan rather than Caladan which is in Dune.). I didn't include it in Wraith, because it didn't seem necessary for a short story. I think I was going to actually make something out of the world Wraith was based in. Ah, well. Something to post I suppose.
