Alright, then! I can imagine some action, but what kind of genre(s) are you looking to do, for your story?

A Genre?... Hmm... For a start we could look at the Target Audience. What type of people would want to read a story about a mutant cat girl???... If it had funny scenes in it would it make it more interesting.. Or would people want it to be more graphic?? ...
...Could be an Experiment went wrong???...

Hmm...mutant catgirl seems nice. Though I'd like to keep it clean, and nothing dirty. I can imagine this being an action comic, about a heroine dealing with a cult that's using her homeland by getting them to sell their bootlegged products, in plans of destroying the entire world. I can imagine the possibility of some romance and/or some comedy, as well. But there would be a mystery behind the cult, itself, which will all make sense, in the end.

Wondering... Is it a world of humanoid characters... or are they normal humans??.. It means she'd need a history if she's in a world of humans and she's the old cat girl.. But if there are other humanoids, a made up world. It would be easier to simply jump into the story... Which out needing to explain too much?

Well, in my concept, she's a human, but she accidentally got mutated into being part-cat, which gave her better speed and agility, along with some cat-like reflexes. She however, has joined a secret organization to bring liberty and justice to the world, and to figure out what this "cult" is up to, and hopefully expose the leader, as well. The citizens know that she's part cat, which at first, shocks them, but the government knows that she means no harm.
There would also be some aliens, robots, and some fantasy creatures, like elves, dwarves, orcs, goblins, lizardmen, etc. (But of course, this is a fantasy / sci-fi series, which focuses when in this world, fantasy creatures actually exist, yet they aren't invincible.)

Unless of course, you'd just like her to be an anthropomorphic catgirl!
