This is an alternate version of the Overworked and Underfoot artwork with Flynt’s sole dirtied from all the walking he does around the guild and the city. At some point, Cress and Firrin have to wonder if they are bigger than the clumps of dirt on that Flygon foot. (Honestly, they're probably not wondering about that at all considering they're too busy panicking since they're about to be smushed underneath that sole... and the Guildmaster still has no idea they are underneath his desk.)

Believe it or not, the Latimas Adventurer’s Guild is actually a high-tech guild as Flynt in this artwork is reviewing reports off of his computer (even though it’s not pictured). One of these days everyone will get to see what the inside of the guild is like and how modern Latimas City is compared to the rest of the PMD world. Instead of job boards, the guild utilizes massive touchscreen panels that allow guild members to tap on any displayed job to review and accept it. The front doors of the guild are glass sliding doors that incorporate ID scanners that can recognize the guild members and their badges. The entire guild’s system is run by a friendly Rotom named Bit who may pop up from time to time.
