This is a story that I've had saved for about a month now since I wrote it back in late June and finished it in early July. Ever since Chapter 3+4 came out I wanted to make a Gerson TF. Especially once the boom (heh) of art featuring him happened and people did their right in sexualizing the old man! Which only really made that desire to make a TF of him stronger. So I'm really glad that I was actually given a chance to write out a TF of him! Especially one as narrative heavy as this one. Definitely a story that I am quite proud of the result with.

The actual writing process was a little bit of a hassle. I think the hardest part was constructing a fraction of a fictional story based on The Prophecy while not exactly making the story one-to-one with the prophecy or outcome of the game in question. I mean I still ended up taking a lot from the game and prophecy anyway but that's unavoidable considering the circumstances of Lord of the Hammer. Either way, it was enjoyable to make an attempt with even if it's more headcanon than anything else. Then again, I write with headcanons in mind a lot. Other than that though, the process of writing this was rather fun especially since Taidus gave me a lot to work with in terms of narrative!
