Hi guys^^
I've been writing a book for a while now. The book is still in development, but I already have the characters in mind^^
Here's the main character: Nylo, a fox in training to be a porter.

Maybe I'll publish the prologue soon. Like I said: it's still fresh and just beginning^^

Here's a brief introduction to the world:
It's been about 100 years since the great Sonic destroyed the world. 98% of living things on Earth were wiped out. Since then, monsters have been appearing from certain sonic zones and killing everyone they see. It's unknown why this happened. There are two theories: the first, a research accident. The second, a recoil from the Big Bang.
Name: Boran
Gender: Male
Age: 41 (born November 30, 2097)
Species: Wild Boar
Occupation: Member of the Merchant Guild, belonging to the cattle ranchers (specialized in tender meat and dairy products)
Description:
A well-built old wild boar with overalls and a shirt. He carries a large backpack filled with animal delicacies. He always tells jokes that could be funny. He seems friendly despite his stern look and can slap someone on the shoulder too hard for a good joke while laughing about it. In combat, he's faster than he looks.
Background: Boran was born near the cattle ranchers in a remote bunker. From time to time, he was allowed to visit the cattle ranchers and help them. At 10, he was assigned to the dairy. At 12, he noticed how certain bacteria made dairy products more durable. He used these bacteria and passed on the knowledge to his instructors as thanks for being allowed to work there. At 14, he learned smoking and even improved it. Word quickly spread, and the Merchant Guild invited him for an apprenticeship. His family didn't want to stop him, and he left a day later with the Merchant Guild's messenger. Four years later, he appeared again at the cattle ranchers' bunker. A self-confident 18-year-old was immediately their merchant. At 22, he helped the fishermen against attacks by outcasts and looters. Since then, the fishermen and the cattle ranchers have been friendly factions.
Porter Report: When I was trading with him, he told me a joke: "Two toothpicks are walking through the world. A hedgehog comes by. One of the toothpicks says, "I didn't know there was a bus here!" He laughed so hard. But what is a bus? -Tharok
Porter report 2: Dad told me that Boran had a present for me. He gave me a sandwich with delicious cheese and ham. It was sooo delicious :3 -Nylo at 11 years old
