I heard stories about this simple button back in the day, how this attack can bounce the opponent off and combo into itself, hence the term Dust Loop. I mean, there's a wiki for character stats and combos for this series that's named after that. I'm pretty sure that attack got nerfed to hell and back now, but I'm pretty sure there's still way to use it in a pinch.
