Smart, Leaderly, & Handsome are many compliments Tora has been given throughout his life. While in school, he lead many group projects that gave him phenomenal grades and attention. Tora soon graduated and went straight to college, learning criminal justice and many investigative skills. He soon became a claims investigator, learning from his clients of the many shady dealings led by the notorious “Red Herring” gang operating in Lamplight District, he tried to help them out, but was mostly powerless to do anything due to the high power & fear the Red Herring’s hold. But now the Lamplight mayoral election has pulled up, and Tora is taking the chance to becoming the perfect face the city of Lamplight needs to eradicate the corruption, pests & thugs, including the Red Herrings.
