I'm pretty well now, but I often have issues with people who take acceptance of circumstances for some sort of desire to be miserable because they'd rather project a savior fantasy and "fix" me. I won't ever be able to fully have a normal life, but that doesn't mean it's a bad one!
Being broken doesn't mean being less than and being broken does not mean sitting in misery or setting out every day to make others miserable
And also, acknowledging something is broken is better than denial or trying to make it work like something else entirely unrelated or incompatible with it!!!
