And there I was, naively thinking that those lighting patterns were beams of light falling through gaps in the forest canopy and creating volumetric illumination of particulate matter suspended in the air. But your theory here is an objectively more persuasive scientific explanation. Thank you for clarifying this important matter. Also that's a fucking gorgeous picture.
