An investigation is sprung on Ravellon due to a recent event with a burst of Star Energy seeming to have been dispersed. This ongoing investigation by the N.E.O Tribe also brought the attention of mercenaries and bounty hunters alike with a money pot prize for whoever can find the origin of it. This eventually bringing in Kamau to investigate herself, eventually leading down a trail of breadcrumbs that would allow her to find Shima for the first time, waiting on an overlook.

With the Tension being high, and the unsure intentions of either side, it can only be assumed that if the cards are not played right, this could end in an all out brawl.
