The Altered Sequence is a science fiction series for the weridos trying to survive. The world is harsh for genetically Altered people such as Dev and Ashton, themselves remnants of a bygone world left to sort out the mess of the dead. But survival is just the first step. Join the cast of anthropomorphic people and human survivors as they navigate the challenges of a hostile world and figure out how to stay human through it all.
The series is written in first-person, present-tense, with a focus on character-driven narratives and a fondness for the abandoned places of the world.
