Glyrin are a large creature from the video game: Crimson Dragon.

When first encountered they are completed docile, not attacking the player. Sana notes that they are usually gentle with no predatory instincts, however just a moment before she said that we see a cutscene of one eating a Vespin (A Pest Bug).

Eventually, there is a gigantic one later, acting like a boss to defeat, and in a different level, normal sized ones in a group start attacking the player.

I found these very cool and interesting due to their large and at first gentle nature. And started this one as the first one I wanted to draw of cool and obscure creatures found in cool/ obscure/ lesser known video games, as I have already exhausted my interest in Real Life Folk tales, Medieval Fantasy, Greek Mythology, etc, of creatures there. I want to draw creatures I find fascinating, and this seems like the perfect project to discover new and cool creatures of video games!

I also want to draw them in a style of a battler enemy for an RPG Maker style, just for fun. Made x3 size bigger for easier viewing.
