Personally, I enjoy the dialogs between Senanca and Sally because they are great examples to show how much Senanca is in control during any conversation he's having. Constantly dismissing emotions and twisting words from those in front of him, in order to keep them under his power, and always in a subtle, charming way.

Make a prisoner believe they're not a prisoner and they'll never try to escape. Put shackles in their mind and disguise them as jewelry so they'll wear them proudly. That's why all the employees here go home at the end of the working day and return the next. Only Sally and Lola ended up living directly inside the hotel due to their complicated life stories.

Anyway Sally refuses to go live anywhere away from her beloved Senanca even if she could live somewhere else easily. It's her way of earning Senanca's love, by showing what a hard worker she is. And then suddenly this new bitch arrives, trespassing her territory. The audacity.
