The conspiracy is quite the opposite. Someone (Neuro) is able to mind control dragons to wreak havoc around Akadia. We also know that the emperor (Lotharo) has a secret mind reading division in their government. We need to find out why dragons are being used violently and why Neuro wants the crow to kidnap Roxah!

lol yes it is an art flaw, I seemed to have forgotten to erase those other legs lol. Thr wizard is a scam artist pretending to be a wizard. As you might recall he almost scammed Roxah. He is absolutely visiting the ruins to see what stuff he can find for keeps!
