I have to admit my friends and me only watched "Kpop Demon Hunters" for the lulz because the trailer looked kinda weird and we wanted something to laugh. But holy sh*t, this movie was SO GOOD! It was honestly such a pleasant surprise. From the animation, the characters, music, story, simply amazing. If you haven't watched it yet I highly recommend it.
Considering my love for animals and big cats in particular it's not surprising that Derpy the tiger and the bird are my favorite characters here. :D

I thought I was the only one who found the trailer weird. I was initially uninterested in watching the film as I was turned off by the goofy anime expressions from the trailer. However, while watching the film, I didn't really mind them (they were oddly charming for the most part and didn't overstay their welcome). I agree, a surprisingly good film overall.
