Oh I feel SO much better now.
He could give birth to tiny parthenogenetically-created children through his tear duct. The offspring start out as just the uterus part and gradually grow the humanoid-looking bodies over time. And they're born with their single eyes closed and they don't open until a bit later, like kittens. Simultaneously cute and HORRIBLE. WHY DO I THINK OF THINGS LIKE THIS JESUS CHRIST. This is why nobody has conversations with me anymore.
