Inspired by a few particular people on FA who have been brave enough to accept themselves for who they are and all of the mistakes they've made. For the people who admit to the terrible habit/addiction of cutting, I stand beside you to admit I too have been there. For those jackasses that call us emo kids and shit like that, my personal issue was not sadness at all. This issue can be as simple or as complex as the individual and is not something to be mean to them about. Self mutilation is not healthy, but its not something to make fun of someone for either. For all the people who know where I/we are coming from, stay strong and you will be able to quit.
For those of you who haven't done this but have contemplated doing it, DON'T do it. EVER. I stopped years ago, but I will bare the marks for my entire life, they will NEVER go away.
I'll probably scrap this later, since its not something I'd proud of. I will not deny my past and act like it never happened though.
