I mean, I've gone clubbing with this much clothing lol. With a low cut top and miniskirt, this would make for a cute accent piece underneath. That's what I do with strappy lingerie.

I have leaner friends that swear by double sided fashion tape! Also Sock Dreams sells a sock glue that works REALLY well for my thigh high socks, it would probably work well for the chest even if you just did a few spots. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, and holds up for hours. Comes off with warm water. Works excellent when I don't want to use a garter belt. Hope that helps!
