Ahem. Now that I have that out of my system... meet Peony! :D

I've been wanting to create my own oc for awhile now and rushed to the vessel maker for some inspiration after i learnt about the trailer. I'll be sure to draw her a little more like my usual ladies soon enough. I wanna draw more Hollow Knight related stuff in the future as well. It may have to wait a bit as I already have a lot of projects on my plate, but keep your eyes peeled for that ;P

As for Peony herself... I don't have too much for her atm lmao. As stated in the image, she mostly fights using flower petals, using them as daggers or being able to summon whirlwinds of them to slash her victims without even raising a finger! I initially had her holding a nail, but figured giving her some sort of floral powers would be interesting. As for lore, frankly I don't have much lol. It's been AWHILE since I had brushed up on my HK lore. I had a friend sorta help me out with a work in progress idea of her being a failed Vessel for the Grey Mourner, as they have somewhat of an association with flowers, but that's all I'm really working with lmao.
