Looks like Dean got caught by his monitor roommate.

This sketch features two concept characters named Dean (a prairie dog) and an unnamed monitor lizard room-mate that tends to... well, monitors his whereabouts.

Was going to have the lizard be more on the teasing side of things when it comes to interacting with Dean (such as joking about eating him), while having him be nervous about these "jokes"
Despite looking like anthro animals, which is just for the sake of storytelling, lorewise they are "normal" looking animals that are living with an unseen caretaker. (hence the "room-mate" part)

I might revisit them soon and work on their designs a bit more so they can stand out a bit more.
