So you could probably tell he's based off of Stardust Dragon from Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's.

At first I thought this'd be an Ultimate or Mega level for, but really it was his Champion level, so with that in mind, I didn't want to make his design "too" crazy.

Honestly, I was pretty eager to do this guy, and you could tell cuz I even did a proper background here. Hence why this was actually the second commission I finished this month. Payment was just a little late, but it's no biggie.
