Lately, I've had my alarm set to 5:50am. However, I keep freaking waking up at 5:30 am and it's the worst feeling ever ;-; I try and go back to sleep but I keep thinking about things and I end up just laying in bed hoping the alarm doesn't go off any time soon... well, until the alarm goes off and I'm sad lol.
I can't be the only one that does this, right? And also can my body learn to wake up at least right on time and not 20 minutes before?!

Sometimes I do that, my alarm's set to 4:30 and sometimes I wake up at 3:50-4:05 thinking "ah shit it's about 1 am but I gotta get up to pee" and then I look at my phone and then I'm like "NO FUCKING WAY IT'S ALMOST TIME TO WAKE UP" and then I rage for like 10 minutes and then I just masturbate until my alarm goes becuase wtf am I supposed to do until then?
