Yapping:
Welp. It’s been a while, hasn’t it? I don’t think I want to do as huge of a wall of text this time explaining why I’m so late. I’ll just try to give a quick summary of the past few months.
Two days after Christmas last year my grandfather passed away. He had been ill for a long time but it didn’t make the loss any easier. My family had not been doing well financially, and adding on travel costs to attend his funeral didn’t help. I picked up more work in terms of commissions and art for social media to increase my presence. This was the right move in the end, despite my focus being taken off of the YCW.
Over the next few months I worked on it very slowly and sporadically. In July I decided to ramp up my efforts on the project, and started dedicating more time to finally finishing it up. Then less than a week ago (at the time of writing this, 08/21/25), we got some more tragic news. One uncle had developed cancer, and another suddenly passed away.
So it’s been a pretty unkind year so far. The financial situation is still shaky, but we’re here and that’s what matters right now.

Errors/Mistakes:
I’m sure there’s errors on this beast of a project. I’m sure I missed characters or misplaced some. But I’m gonna be honest, I don’t have the mental energy to redo it 25 times! If I missed any of your characters that you paid for, please message me. I will issue a full refund for the slot(s) missed.

Charity:
Every year I usually do a portion of slots that are meant to be for charity. The plushie slots this year went towards my local-ish animal shelter. The total for the charity slots was a little over $100usd, but as it’s been so long I decided to round up the donation total to $200usd. A receipt is available to view in the YCW google docs folder, full name redacted as to not doxx myself.
Oh and just for full disclosure the amount isn’t an even $200, it’s $204.56 in order to cover processing fees .

The 2024 YCW also included a fun section dedicated to the TieflingMelissa community. Thank you so much Meli for having me for the black friday sale, and thank you familiars for the support <3
