There are two art stores nearby that sell it - Dick Blick and Jerry's Artarama. I would recommend going to a Dick Blick if you have one in your state - they're amazing. The Fabriano I use is the Artistico paper, 140 lbs. They also have a student grade but I can't recommend it since I've never used it.
You can also order stuff online, though I'm not sure what the shipping would be for large things like paper. I'd imagine they'd ship them rolled in a tube. You can also buy Fabriano in blocks or pads if you don't want a huge sheet (which are easier and probably cheaper to ship).
