Lately I'm not sure what I've already posted here, but then deleted it. And what I haven't posted at all. As for the dog, I'll tell you in advance one small nuance concerning any animals similar to some breed.
Initially, there was an idea similar to the same comic on Blacksed. There, in essence, people who were given an animal archetype. But then something went wrong and I decided to go more into animals than just archetypes. But I haven't had time to work out this world yet.
But one of its aspects is the presence of characters similar to purebred animals. But in the world itself there is no such concept. As an example, there are dogs similar to specific breeds. But only similar. There is no pattern here. And William looks like a shepherd, but in fact it is just a dog.
As for King himself, he has a real analogue. But he is related to him indirectly. In fact, he is part of a story taken from reality, but has long since ceased to have any relation to it. The only thing he has in common is his name and some aspects of the story. But otherwise, he is a separate character.
He works as an investigator in the department for the search for missing persons. Before that, he had quite a disturbing experience of serving in other departments. King is a workaholic and is ready to work even to his own detriment. He has a rather gloomy and sometimes unfriendly appearance, but in fact he is a completely decent and understanding man.
He is only in a relationship with his work. The type of person who does not look for any connections and devotes himself entirely to work. Now he is busy working on a missing child case and suspects that this is not an isolated incident.
