It's Angel, creation of Dr. Strix, in her human form. The blobby body she used to reside in was a larval stage for her. This is how she will appear in upcoming chapters!

Angel is a Nephilim, a human/demon hybrid. (That's why Strix named her Angel by the by. Nephilim were supposedly the offspring of humans and angels.)

Angel's body was created with a few of Strix's stem cells. Those cells serving as a vessel were the breeding ground for Angel's soul to grow, her soul being a combination of Strix 's Anima and Jetblack's Odem. Angel has qualities of both her parents, Strix's intelligence and Jetblack's hair tendrils. Her own children would inherit these qualities as well. Nephilim could breed with either humans or demons. They are their own unique species, with a soul that is not fully human, but a perfect combination of human Anima and demonic Od.

(Strix and Jetblack are not romantically involved fyi. Strix wanted to create a human/demon hybrid, and Jetblack is so deathly loyal to Strix that it eagerly complied with the experiment.)
