So after my anniversary stream last week, the retro side of me wants to explore more titles I never played mainly because I never actually owned them way back when despite having the system for said game.

So I'm kind of on a Mario streak, between playing Super Mario Bros. 1 and 2 last Tuesday, among other select media  wolfgerlion64 and  a25 have watched recently, I figured it's time to dive into one of the most acclaimed classics from the NES Era - Super Mario Bros. 3!

It was a major hit when it was released, getting it's big debut "ad" in the cult classic movie "The Wizard", and is widely regarded as one of the greatest video games of all time. Does that hold up? Well, let's check out this first-time playthrough of this game and find out!
