In contrast to my previous artpiece, this avali's pack struggles with finances. Life can be difficult for independents living outside of Illuminate territory. For them, a bit of generosity from a kind-hearted mechanic goes a long way.
It also helps that they belong to the same tribe.

Yes, Independents have so much story potential! I imagined this tribe using a different form of primary currency as they are still very wary of the Illuminate. But... they can't deny their manufacturing power. And when they *do* need to buy something, you can imagine the exchange rates of resources-to-Lumes being very poor. That's independence-tax for you...
